Using this tool we can get an accurate scope of the work required in order to present you with this quote in the quickest time possible. Depending on the access to your property, the surrounding area and terrain, we will recommend the most suitable access equipment for the job. Once the roof has been cleaned and had it’s biocide treatment, we complete stage 5 by ensuring the your windows and gutters are spotlessly clean. What is biocide?

Biocide is a chemical treatment that we apply to your roof after the steam cleaning stage.

Its main role is to prevent microbial growth (moss, mould, and algae) and to extend the life of your roof. The combination of biocide and low-pressure high-heat steam means you get a thorough clean paired with long-lasting protection of up to 3 – 5 years.
